We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option across Pakistan.

You are allowed to open your parcel before making payment to ensure:

• The product matches your order

• It is not damaged

• The size, color, or style is correct

You may refuse to pay if the product is incorrect or damaged.
This facility is designed for your peace of mind and can be used whenever you like.

🔁 15-Day Refund/Exchange Policy

If you’re not happy with your order — no worries! You have up to 15 days from the date of delivery to:

• Request a refund

• Request an exchange for another item

No questions asked — even if the product is as described but not to your liking.

Conditions for Return/Refund:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags

• You must contact us within 15 days of delivery

• Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer
